WPinSync Terms of Services

General Agreement

By purchasing a product or hiring WPINSYNC for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

  • “Products” refers to our WordPress plugins, themes, and Elementor addons.

  • “Services” refers to custom development, SEO optimization, and site maintenance.

Licensing & Usage

  • GPL Freedom: All PHP code portions of our products are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) v3. You are free to modify and redistribute this code.

  • Proprietary Assets: All CSS, JavaScript, Images, and Design Assets are the intellectual property of WPINSYNC and are NOT GPL. You may not copy, rip, or resell these distinct visual assets without our consent.

  • License Keys: A valid license key is required to receive automatic updates and premium support. Sharing your license key publicly will result in an immediate ban.

Update Policy

  • Validity: Updates are provided for 1 year from the date of purchase.

  • Renewal: After 1 year, you must renew your license (typically at a discount) to continue receiving security patches and new features.

  • Expiration: If your license expires, the product will continue to work (“Lifetime Usage”), but you will lose access to downloads and support.

Refund Policy (14 Days)

We offer a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee under the following strict conditions:

  1. Technical Failure: The product is broken or causes a critical error on your site.

  2. Support Failure: Our team was unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours.

  3. No “Change of Mind”: We do not grant refunds if you simply decided you don’t need the plugin or found a different one. This protects us from digital theft.

Product Support

  • Scope: Support covers bug fixes and installation help.

  • Exclusions: We do not support issues caused by 3rd party plugins (e.g., caching conflicts) or custom coding you have added to your theme.

Project Scope & Payments

  • Estimates: All quotes are estimates based on the initial project brief.

  • Scope Creep: Any features requested after the project has started will be billed at our hourly rate ($XX/hr).

  • Payment Schedule:
    • 50% Deposit required to start work.

    • 50% Balance due upon project completion (before migration to live server).

Client Responsibilities

  • Access: You must provide us with temporary Admin/FTP access to perform the work.

  • Delays: If you fail to provide necessary content (images, text) within 10 business days, we reserve the right to pause the project and move to the next client in our queue.

White Label & Portfolio

  • Access: You must provide us with temporary Admin/FTP access to perform the work.

Limitation of Liability

WPINSYNC products and services are provided “as is.” We are not liable for any data loss, downtime, or revenue loss resulting from the use of our software or services. You are responsible for maintaining your own site backups.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify the prices of our products or renewal rates at any time. Active subscriptions will remain at their “grandfathered” rate as long as auto-renewal is active.

By purchasing or downloading products from WPINSYNC, you agree to the following terms. We specialize in Elementor Addons and WordPress Themes.

2. Licensing Policy (The Split License)

 

  • PHP Code: All PHP portions of our products are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) v3. You are free to modify and redistribute this code.
  • Assets (CSS/JS/Images): All non-PHP assets (CSS, JavaScript, Images, and Design Styles) are proprietary to WPINSYNC and cannot be redistributed or resold without our consent.

3. Software Updates & Validity

  • License Keys: A valid license key is required to receive automatic updates and support.
  • Validity: Licenses are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. After 1 year, the key will expire, and you must renew to continue receiving updates.
  • Usage: The plugin will continue to function after expiration, but you will lose access to security patches and new features.

4. Refund Policy
 
We offer a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee if the plugin is broken and our support team cannot fix it.

  • Condition: Refunds are not granted for “change of mind” or “missing features” that were not advertised. You must allow us 48 hours to attempt to resolve the issue before a refund is processed.

5. Support Scope

Support is provided via our Ticket System to active license holders.
 
  • Includes: Fixing bugs, installation help, and configuration issues.
  • Excludes: Customization services, conflicts with 3rd party plugins, or fixing issues on localhost environments.

6. Limitation of Liability


WPINSYNC products are provided “as is.” We are not liable for any data loss, site downtime, or damages arising from the use of our software.
